Dr Daniel Abosh is a General Paediatrician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), providing care for infants, children and adolescents in a supportive private practice setting.
He completed his specialist training in General Paediatrics through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Dr Daniel has broad experience managing common childhood medical concerns, as well as developmental and behavioural presentations.
Dr Daniel has a special interest in Paediatric sleep medicine and sleep problems affecting infants, children and adolescents, and enjoys working with families to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that fit into everyday life. His other areas of interest include developmental and behavioural paediatrics, respiratory conditions and newborn care.
Dr Daniel currently works as a Staff Specialist Paediatrician in Integrated and Community Health within the Western Sydney Local Health District and is a Senior Medical Lecturer at Western Sydney University. He values clear communication and a collaborative, family-centred approach, working closely with parents, GPs and allied health professionals.
Outside of work, Dr Daniel enjoys playing board games with his wife, building towers and playing dinosaurs with his two children, experiences that continue to shape his understanding of children and families.
